POSSIBLE’s internal social platform, CoLab, features a point-based reward system. Employees send and receive points to and from their peers to redeem a variety of rewards within the platform.
The agency gave me the opportunity to create a series of videos that brought exposure to the rewards available and encouraged employee engagement. Within a vibrant and playful aesthetic, these short-form stop motion animations employed color theory to advertise the platform to the agency.
